All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law or as specifically provided in these terms.
Ticket Holder Responsibility
Ticket holders are responsible for providing accurate contact information when purchasing tickets and for reviewing event updates and communications sent by the organizer.
Admission & Conduct
A valid ticket is required for admission. The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour or for failure to comply with venue policies. No refund will be provided in these circumstances, subject to applicable law.
Event Postponement, Rescheduling or Cancellation
If the event cannot take place as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the event.
Tickets purchased for the original event will automatically remain valid for any rescheduled date, and ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Lost, Stolen or Unauthorized Tickets
The organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties or tickets that have been duplicated, improperly resold or transferred, lost, or stolen.
Personal Information
Information collected during the ticket purchase process may be used to process transactions, issue tickets, communicate important event information, provide customer support, prevent fraud, etc. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Ticket Purchase Terms & Refund Policy and any applicable venue rules and policies.
